Kebab Runs in Our Family

Our story begins in the vibrant city of Adana, Turkey, where Chef Omer Arslan was born and raised. From a young age, Omer was immersed in the rich culinary traditions of his hometown, spending countless hours in his family's restaurant. It was there, amid the aromatic scents of grilling meats and spices, that he first picked up the skewers and began his journey towards mastering the art of cooking over charcoal. These early experiences not only honed his skills but also ignited a lifelong passion for creating authentic Turkish cuisine.

As Omer grew, so did his expertise and reputation as a class chef. His dedication to perfecting the traditional flavours of Adana's renowned kebabs became his hallmark. Every dish he prepared was a testament to the years of practice and love he poured into his craft. Determined to share the taste of his homeland with a wider audience, Omer had a lifelong dream to open a restaurant. Here, he envisioned a place where diners could experience the true essence of Turkish cuisine, meticulously prepared with the same passion and precision he learned in his family's kitchen.

Now in Weybridge, I bring the authentic flavours of my homeland to you, sharing the traditional tastes of Adana that have shaped my culinary journey.
